Ask for approved lenders
Once you have selected your surgery date, we require a $1000 down payment to hold your day and time. If you must cancel your surgery, you must do so 21 days prior to surgery otherwise there is a 50% cancellation fee that will be held. Full payment will be expected no less than 5 business days prior to procedure day. Payments can be made over the phone with a credit card or by a personal check if received by the office 10 days prior to your procedure. Occasionally, additional charges may be necessary for prescriptions, special equipment, postoperative treatments or supplies. These payment obligations will be fully explained to you by our patient coordinator.
To provide the best possible service for all, we require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Clients who fail to show for their appointments must secure future appointments with a credit card. No shows or cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged a $25 fee.
